Merry Christmas!
I may be dissatisfied with some aspects of my life, but this Christmas has reminded me, once again, how lucky I am to have the friends that I do. I love the feeling I get sitting in a roomful of people I care about and looking around at the people who've gathered together to celebrate the season, whatever their personal beliefs on its meaning. I love that we can share it, despite those differences. And I love that the people who can't make it are never far from our hearts.
Also, Christmas turns me all sappy. Did I mention?
