The Vine that Ate the South

Tomorrow morning I have a presentation on Alien Invasions in my Terrestrial Ecology class.

It's not NEARLY as interesting as it sounds, but I am doing my talk on Kudzu, which is cool. I can tell lots of stories about that brother of mine that disappeared in a kudzu patch when I was twelve, never to be seen again.

My students are insane.

I love them (scary!) and I will miss them.

Today was the last day of lab. After reviewing the format of the lab practical, I asked, "Are there any more questions about the final?" I answered a couple of routine questions, and then a girl raised her hand and asked, "So, is there anyone we can sleep with to get an 'A' in here?"
