Feb. 3rd, 2004 07:48 pmThis is what I will be, this time tomorrow. For I fly out at an unearthly hour tomorrow morning (I must leave my apartment by 4:30 am. One wonders if going to bed is worth it at all), and arrive in Omaha a little before noon.
I'd say noon was the warm part of the day, but... no.
Driving on snow - even when there are things like sand and salt and snowplows, which Texas does not have - does not excite me. In fact, it frightens me rather a lot. So here's hoping I don't cream more than two or three rental cars in the week and a half to come.
See you all when the spring thaw rolls around!
