Done panicking (mostly). Made a reservation today at a monthly place - glorified hotel fare, but nice enough. Got a P.O. Box at the UPS store. Moved some boxes of books into a friend's storage, and we're going to move another batch tomorrow, plus some other things into my new place.
Packing up my game systems today. Surely I can do without them till the weekend. Right? *twitch* *twitch* Thank God and Nintendo for GBA.
Called my car insurance today to tell them I would have a new address. They bitched about it being a P.O. Box instead of a "Garage Address." As though nobody in the WORLD has a post office box AND a car at the same time. People are stupid.
Arranged to have my piano moved by a professional on Tuesday. This makes me happy, as it weighs a gillion tons, and even watching normal movers deal with it makes me sweat, just waiting on them to break something important. I will miss my baby. ;_; The guitar's coming with me, though. OH, HOW I WILL ANNOY MY NEIGHBORS. <3
Things yet to do:
1) Reserve self-storage facilities. Hard to tell how much I need.
2) Sign up for Earthlink dial-up. No broadband at Budget Suites. ;_; But free local calls.
3) Cancel utilities, cable, etc. at apartment
4) Actually move my stuff. Minor detail.
5) Sell my damn dryer. Or throw the thing away. It is TEH crap.
6) FIND A JOB. Still not King.
7) (Imagine the other fifteen things I'm not remembering, here.)
