PortalFest Update #2:

I think everything went really well. There was plenty of food, the games were awesome, and everybody who attended was a blast to hang out with. I'm glad the weather held out, particularly since tonight's scheduled deluge isn't predicted to stop for approximately the next... um... ever.

(On that note, azrachael, I hope you've found high ground - or possibly another city. I'm worried about you, despite your insistence that you are geared up and ready to face down Doomsday Dennis. Heard Pensacola was evacuated. Drop us a line when there's a line available that isn't waterlogged!)

Still nothing from the potential Delaware job. I'm beginning to think that what I'm awaiting now is The Letter(tm) in the mail. I haven't poked them yet about a response, though; it's entirely possible they're working a spill somewhere, and have had their timetable pushed back.

Tomorrow, I attempt to send off Liggett^2 - if the weather holds. If not, I will get to keep them forever! Mua-ha-ha! ...seriously, though, air traffic isn't going to be fun tomorrow. I hope things go smoothly for them, whatever happens.
