Once more into the fray!

Finished HP last night this morning at an obscene hour. Wow. Just... wow.

Delaware called back this morning to find out what I'd decided. I made my counter; they turned it down flat. No negotiating. It was all very polite.

I'm not too torn-up, really: I suspected this would happen. Just wasn't right for me, I guess. At least I've gotten an offer, now. I know it can happen.
