What a Hoot

Which is what my $4 orange kids' T-shirt from Target said last night. <3 It has a TINY OWL on it. Unfortunately, now it must be packed away until next year.

Escaped puppy duty last night and went to benma's for dinner and movie-watching. The food was awesome, and the first movie, The Cabinet of Caligari, was extremely cool. I don't think I've actually sat through a silent movie before. shadowstitch brought the BEST SODA EVER. I've got to find out where to get that stuff. It could keep me on a sugar buzz for weeks at a time... Anyway, a really awesome night, and much-needed. It hadn't felt much like Halloween till then.

I was too pooped to stick around for dessert and the second movie, though, which is a damn shame. Came home and crashed out hard, then woke up three times during the night from very strange dreams, feeling as though I'd been sleeping for days and not hours. Very weird night.

I got up this morning and took a quick trip to the store for dinner fixings and half-price candy (which was not actually half-price. What is this world coming to?!?). Now I'm settled in with the pups till Chorale rehearsel.

Dontcha think...?

Ah, irony.

It's half-price candy day, but what I crave today is SALT. ZOMG MUST HAVE SALT.
