I kept coming across these fascinating little...er, not-so-little... buggers while sorting vials today, and vaguely remembering that I learned in college they were hella-biters, I decided to look them up. I was right.

Fortunately, they only bite if you turn over their rock and antagonize them.

Kudos to you, little dobsonflies. I have days like that, too.
