I feel like the rest of the world!

That sentence may not make any sense until I explain that I went to a Memorial Day Furniture Sale today. I did pretty well, though: I picked up all the various mattress/box spring/bedframe things I need to render my place sleepable for three (six, if they're friendly; seven or more, if they don't mind really uncomfortable couches!). And better yet, I'm on a 12-month, interest-free payment plan. XD ...I feel like I've taken advantage of all the things radio ads try to sell you, that you never really NEED at the time. OH MY GOD, I'M OLD.

But I am well pleased. I don't get the stuff delivered this week because they had to order one of the mattresses, but since I'm going to be busy as heck most of the week and am unlikely to have guests anyway, that's okay.

I was actually productive today - at least, with regard to hobby-work. I got some greatly overdue character generation done on the Portal, finally sent go_dorito a character background, and continued organizing housestuffs.
