- Population Genetics Final: Finished and turned in (ca 3:00 am, Sunday morning).
- Rum cakes baked: 6
- Plant Ecology Final: ca 60% complete
- Illogical-but-authentic term of the day: "complex simple polyembryony"
- Bullshit jargon of the day: "equilibrium metapopulation model"
Ah, how I love ecology, especially when it involves botanists. Botanists have committees that do nothing but sit around and make up rules for making up new terms.
I think I just hit brainfry time, though. I keep telling myself I'm going to hit the sack and start fresh in the morning, but then I panic about the amount of work I have left to do, and the lack of time I have left to do it, and decide to stay up a little longer. Ngh.
I really need to learn how to work in my sleep.
Edit: Yeah. Guess who didn't sleep last night. One monstrous problem left, and I'm not at all sure how to approach it after staring at it for hours and going round in circles. This... is a bad sign.
