Semester 4
Jan. 4th, 2008 11:22 amHoly moly, I really am about to start my fourth semester at Ole Miss.
I've finally gotten my classes lined up, if not my schedule. It ought to be fairly flexible, as I'm on an RA this semester. It looks like Multivariate Statistics only meets on Mondays. And since Dr. S. isn't teaching a formal Chemical Ecology course for another year or two, I'll be taking it alone as a readings course, meeting once a week with the professor to discuss the literature. It's going to be a lot of work, and I am daunted by the prospect of O-Chem based materials; but I'm looking forward to it. My other three hours of coursework are Dissertation hours.
I won't necessarily have less work to do, but I'll have a very light schedule in terms of committed time I have to be sitting in a classroom. This makes me oh, so happy.
