Committee Response #1
Feb. 13th, 2008 05:32 pmMy first reviewer had no major beefs with the project, and a very helpful suggestion about how I could make the greenhouse experiment a stronger analytical tool. Yay for quick responses - AND for helpful professors!
I don't know a lot about this prof as I'm taking my first class with him this semester, but my initial impression is that he is smart, insightful, and supportive. He asks questions that makes me think.
Rock on.
One down, three to go. And my Advisor/Master-After-God, but since he's the one who told me the dissertation prospectus was ready to send out, I'm taking it as a given that he's okay with it.
This morning: Off-the-bridge sampling of a creek in Southaven. In 27-feels-like-17-degree weather. Brrrr! At least I didn't have to get in the water.
