I've been having trouble with my wireless router for a while.

This story should come as no surprise at all to anyone who knows me, so if you don't want to read everything behind the cut, I'll summarize: Highly unlikely stream of obnoxious router issues attract attention of company R&D.

Edit: R&D tested the issue and actually called me back. Their solution? Downgrade the firmware. Wait... buh.... what? But wasn't the original solution to my original problem upgrading the firmware? ... ... *whimper*
