This is only the second presidential election in which I've cast a vote, and last year I used an absentee ballot. So I'll admit I don't know how this is supposed to work.
But they weren't checking IDs at the center where I voted. They didn't even ask to see registration cards; they just checked our names off a list. I realize we're a relatively small town and all, but this disturbs me greatly. All the fuss about miscounted ballots and fraud, and they aren't even bothering to check IDs at registration?
Maybe, with just six electoral votes, Mississippi doesn't care if we go in to vote for our friends.
