LJ Bug?

I logged on this morning to find that my default LJ icon (the Phantom Brave putty) had been replaced by another icon. It wasn't lewd or goofy - just plainly someone else's icon.

A glitch, some sort of file-associaton error? A hack? Dunno. Nothing else seems to be changed. Even the comments associated with that icon were the same. It was just the wrong picture.

I deleted that userpic entirely and have assigned a different default for now. I'll change my password just in case.

Anybody know what's up with this?
