Beer: Get!

Also wine. And a damn good steak at a local restaurant. Wow, I might be posting tipsy. (And yet I correct my typos. Boy, I am a geek.)

I saw Bio-grad people for the first time since D's Christmas party, and it was really great to see folks. I'm often down on Oxford and forget that I have, or could have, some really great friends here.

Meanwhile, I went to the ENT specialist today and the verdict is: My immune system is full of crazy. I'm allergic to something but the doctor can't say what, so I'll exclude various things from my diet on a two-day rotation and keep notes to see if it's a food allergy. I am also gargling topical steroids (mm, tastes like candy!) and taking a new antihistamine, and if none of that yields results then we're going to do skin tests next month to see if it's environmental.

If I am suddenly allergic to cats, then I guess I'd better get used to the reaction. :P Because the cats are going nowhere.

I also paid Hobby Lobby a visit today, and have picked out mats and frames for my Last Unicorn prints and my Firefly goodies. SO HAPPY. FIREFLY GOODIES.

Tomorrow is a music workshop at the Unitarian church, and some grant-writing. Must do schoolwork!
