Biologists are cool.

"Two snakes have been killed in the past two weeks. A black racer on the drive up to Red Hill, and a coral snake by the gas pump. Please be alert and drive responsibly."
Not "look out for poisonous snakes," but "STOP RUNNING OUR SNAKES OVER, DUMMIES."
I love it here so much.
Also awesome: We had a seminar this afternoon. The speaker was amazing. Afterward, there was beer.
Managed to sneak back out to the shadehouse this afternoon and get the rest of my samples potted. Almost time to move on to my next project! I need to do a major LJ update with pictures this weekend. ♥
