Dear Trout and Lemur:
Jun. 9th, 2009 06:42 pmI apologize most profusely for agreeing to look after your son for two days, then leaving him locked up in his room and completely forgetting to feed him.
I was terrified that he'd starved to death when I remembered he was there, and went upstairs the second evening to check on him. I really didn't want to have to explain to you guys the next morning when you came to pick him up that I'd accidentally killed him through my neglect.
Fortunately he seems fine. He's been napping the whole time, apparently, and when I woke him up agreed that he might be a little hungry!
Love,
Elisel.
(Wow, crazy awful dream! :( I think I must be feeling bad about the dead Ziziphus in the shadehouse...)
