Write 20 random facts about yourself then tag the same amount of people as minutes it takes you to write the facts. If you're tagged it's your turn.
1. I got a new car yesterday. BUT I'M NOT OBSESSED, DAMMIT.
2. I lose sleep at night over the amount of trash we put into landfills, and what will happen if they all fill up, and what would happen if nothing ever existed, and whether or not the human race is going to wipe itself out. These are the sort of psychotic things that have directed my career path toward ecology.
3. I STILL waffle a lot over whether it's more important to follow that career path and feel I'm doing something meaningful, or whether I should just live my life with joy and love my friends. Ah, waffling. With syrup.
4. I was blond when I was a kid. I mean, really blond. Now, I'm more accurately described as having mouse-brown hair. But I am still "The Blonde" to many friends.
5. When I was in third grade, my best friend and I had a 'TransFormers Club.' We were the only people in the club. We gave initiation quizzes, and somehow, nobody could ever prove they knew as much as we did, so we wouldn't let them in. Should've known more of you guys when I was in third grade. ;)
6. I like talking about myself, but still hesitate to share things. (For example, I wussed out and edited this fact.)
7. There is a bust of Stonewall Jackson on the downstairs table. Next to a portrait of Robert E. Lee. And a sword worn by a Confederate soldier in the War of Northern Aggression. Think my family are southerners?
8. My blood type: O Negative.
9. I have never broken a bone. I did have stitches once, when I was a kid. I saved my parents dropping me on my head by falling on my head, all on my own. So if I seem a little weird? I blame the scar on my brow. LOOK I'M HARRY POTTER'S SOULMATE. *runs*

11. I consider myself an interesting person, but I can't imagine why anyone would want to hang out with me, most of the time.
12. When I was a kid, I pretended I was a unicorn. Sometimes, I still do.
13. I grew up on a farm: Twenty acres, five-acre pond, chickens and ducks and geese and turkeys and a garden. I miss it terribly.
14. ...and looking back, I must have given my mother many gray hairs running around in the woods with the snakes.
15. I have serious self-esteem issues, sometimes. And I feel bad about THAT, too.
16. My sister and I share the same birthday. Twelve years apart. It is awesome.
17. My parents are divorced. Fortunately, I love their new spouses (spice?) dearly.
18. My cats through the years: Stephanie, Cricket, Leona, Powder, Genrou, and Nexus. Three are still with me. Cricket turns 20 next year.
19. I've been growing my hair long since my senior year of high school. I'm thinking of cutting it now.
20. I have the AWESOMEST FRIENDS IN THE WORLD. <3
