It is 3 am. I am very, very tired. But why am I not asleep? Oh, do let me share this!
My upstairs neighbor (I have learned tonight) has a cat. The cat has been left out on the balcony tonight. That's fine - it's a pretty night. But the upstairs cat has attracted the attention of one of the (many) stray downstairs cats, who has been trying FOR THE LAST TWO HOURS to find a way up onto the balcony.
Vocally. Very vocally.
There is nothing more disturbing to my potential rest than the needy sound of a little white cat perched on my balcony rail, going, "mroooow! Mrooooow! MrooooOOOooW!"
Especially when Genrou decides to answer. At length.
I give up. *goes to play video games*
