Me: Not as busy as I need to be - not with work, anyway!
Sourdough Bread: Rising. Hopefully. Last time I wound up with something so heavy it would be lethal in Connecticut, Vermont, California, West Virginia, and New Jersey.
Sourdough Starter: Scary. Tried to make a batch of starter similar to my 'old' recipe, in case the new stuff doesn't work out. I'm REALLY not sure it's supposed to smell like that.
Dinner: Boiled cabbage with red wine. Which is much tastier than it sounds.
