Healthy Routine
Aug. 19th, 2004 11:56 amYay! Don't I feel cool. I have (for maybe the first time ever) a fairly good morning routine. Get up, feed birds, stretch, work out (not DDR!), eat healthy breakfast, settle down in front of computer.
Caveats:
1) This "morning" begins circa 10:00 or 11:00 am
2) ...and has been going on all of four days. It won't last.
3) My so-called "workout" would be sneered at by a gym.
But... but... hey, it's the thought that counts, right! Acquire muscle tone through the power of positive thinking!
In other news: Still not king. But I got delivery confirmation on my application to Alaska, so I can follow up on that soon.
