Must get mileage out of 2005 icon!

Alas, my favorite icon will only be topical for four more days. ;_;

I saw some terrifying storm damage from Hurricane Rita on my way to Texas yesterday. I'm going to stop at Adams Bayou on the way home to take pictures. It was... wow.

In any case, I'm safe and sound in Houston with my dad and stepmonster. We exchanged gifts last night, and they were really, really happy with what I got them. This pleases me greatly, as they're hard as HELL to buy for.

I am also pleased to announce that Libby the Space Car just got cooler. She can now communicate WITH OUTER SPACE. (Read: Dad got me a GPS navigator for Christmas. Eeeeeeee.)

My paid LJ account was about to run out, so I signed up for another year, and as a Christmas gift to ME, bought myself the add-on with lots and lots of icons. <3 I shall have an icon-making party when I get home.

Of course, I must continue to torment liggphys, so the status report on his gift is: ....still not done! Time to get back to work.
