Super-quick update

Job: Going well. Got to go out in the field Friday. Learned a lot. Still have LOTS x 4 (which is 16, if you believe SOME PEOPLE) to learn. Spent the day with my boss from Jackson. Not at all sure what impression I made upon him.

Move: About 1/8 of the way done. Half my stuff from Memphis is moved in (thanks, whisperflight and shadowstitch!) and the rest goes today after church. That, I reckon, will be about 1/4 of my move. The rest will come from Texas, once I get all my ducks in a row and can make the road trip out there to get it out of storage.

Condo: YAY. <3 Everything from the walkthrough Friday seems to have been fixed, except for the conspicuous lack of blinds, which is annoying. I was promised they'd be in before I was. Tried to get in touch with the realtor/landlady on Friday, and she totally dodged me - actually had the girl "on call" return my call instead, to tell me there was nothing we could do until Monday. No biggie, really; I'll just tack up a sheet or something. But she knew FRIDAY that this was going to be a problem, and chose not to let me know on the front end, and wouldn't speak to me about it herself. That bothers me. I hope she's not going to be one of those people who Ceases To Be Nice now that I'm moved in.

Sleep: Didn't get much of it last week, between the commute and paperwork and packing. Got caught up this weekend. SO HAPPY.

IntarWebNet: Still there. However, we haven't seen much of each other lately. ;_; And it's such a beautiful relationship, too! Hopefully I can swing by the local cable company after work tomorrow, and make an appointment to get set up, though. Until then, I bid you au revoir! *hankiewaves and skips away tearfully*
