Sometimes, life hands you the lemonade.
I had an awesome day today.
...Although it didn't start out so well when I had to get up at 5:30 and drive from Collierville to Oxford. Still, Chorale is worth it.
I spent this morning doing unexciting things that you, dear reader, care nothing about. I won't belabor the issue.
This afternoon, my boss took us out for crepes - apropos of nothing. And when I got back, Santa had left a new digital camera on my desk. LOVE MY JOB.
I got home this evening and picked up my mail, in which was a letter from Ole Miss offering me entry into the PhD program, and a TAship for the fall semester. Whether or not I take the TAship will, of course, depend on whether I'm a full-time student or whether I am a full state employee by then.
