Nashville Report

Arrived last night in time for the choir rehearsel and the welcoming service. Today was a morning meditation, an early service, and then workshops (and a business meeting I shamelessly skipped for a nap). In addition to the Leading Congregational Singing I came to attend, there was a storytelling workshop that was an absolute blast. Tonight there's a drum circle... And I'll participate if I can bestir my tired, overfed body. Wow, UUs eat a lot of good food!

One more morning service early tomorrow, and then I head home. Have not had to drive at all this weekend, which is awesome.

There's been tons of AMAZING music throughout the last two days: rehearsels, service music, imgathering music before meetings or during workshops. And I learned a ton during the Congregational Singing workshop. I feel like this trip has been really rewarding and well worth the time, despite the travel crunch with Atlanta/Florida.
