I nearly had a panic attack when I realized how long I was spending prepping materials for my teachback assignment - but it turns out I am still TEH overachiever. I always forget that I am now in a supportive environment where my wundermous trainer is trying to teach me how to do this thing right, rather than trick me into making a fool of myself in front of the class! I did okay,
storm_dancer gave me major warmfuzzies afterwards with her review, and I am convinced, again, that I can handle this.
Also, I won't take nine frickin' hours to prep for tomorrow. ~.~
I am fasting in preparation for the Melting Pot tonight - I'm about to have a light lunch, and try not to snack too much before dinner tonight. It's a given that I will explode afterward regardless (or maybe just pop open and deflate like an ascending Prinny), but the goal is to stuff in as much food as possible before I die. Mmmm, Melting Pot.
In re-playing Disgaea, I am learning all sorts of things I missed the first time. Some of them only

It's a bitch getting the Senate to approve the Cave of Ordeal, at least at my level. And I've discovered, the hard way, that you cannot feed proxies to a higher-level senator. No matter what, the proxy EATS THE SENATOR rather than vice-versa. Which is somehow a little bit creepy, even in a game where there are human souls sewn into penguin suits, and you take picnics at the Sea of Gehenna.
